Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms :

GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline any request without explanation.
- Prices are subject to change based on complexity or special requests.
- You must be at least 18+ to commission me, or I will immediately decline your commission.
- These terms apply to Live2D rigging, Video editing, and related services that I offer.WHAT I DO & DON'T ACCEPT
✅ I accept :
- Original artworks and audio provided with full rights.
- VTuber model PSDs properly prepared for rigging.
- Personal and streaming use commissions.
❌ I do not accept :
- AI-generated artwork, audio or models.
- NSFW, hateful or political content.
- NFT-related projects.
- Commercial usage unless agreed beforehand.PAYMENT
- Payment is accepted mainly via Paypal or Ko-fi.
- Payment must be made upfront.WORKFLOW
- Commissions are completed in the order received (unless rush is paid for).
- Please provide all required materials (PSD, PNGs, etc.) before I begin.
- Major changes after final delivery may incur an extra fee.
- Final files (rig or edit) will be delivered via Google Drive.
- I do not provide source files (.cmo3 projects or Premiere files) unless previously agreed.USAGE RIGHTS
- You (the client) may use the final product for personal and/or commercial use with credit.
- I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio or social media (unless agreed otherwise).
- You may not claim the work as your own or resell my rig/edit without permission.
- Model PSDs and assets provided must belong to you or have proper permissions.TURNAROUND & DEADLINES
- Estimated delivery : 14 days - 4 weeks depending on scope and queue.
- Rush orders may include +50% fee, if accepted (ask me first).
- I will provide updates at key stages (rigging preview, edit draft, etc.)CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- If you (the client) cancel the commission after payment, I will issue up to a 50% refund depending on how much work has been completed.
- If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be given once the final work has been delivered.USAGE & CREDITS
- You must credit RaionTakatsuki / Takatsuki Reels & Rig in your model or video description.
- You may not claim my rigging or editing work as your own.
- My work is not to be used for AI training or resale.COMMUNICATION

Includes : Standard Pack, Toggles (extra polish), 3+ expressions> Full-Body Rig
Ideal for standing poses, and full expressions.
- Basic : USD $120
Includes : Full body movement, facial rig, basic breathing
- Standard : USD $150
Includes : Basic Pack, Clean physics (hair, clothing), 2 expressions
- Premium : USD $180+
Includes : Standard Pack, Toggles, 4+ expressions, polished delivery> Rush Fee

Video Editing

Prices for Video Editing :

> Short Video (under 1 min)
Good for clips, TikToks, and YouTube shorts.
- Price : USD $40
Includes : Cuts + trims, transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, light effects, green-screen edits.
